Nathaniel Davis is an American self-published author who goes by the pen name, “Natrix.” He began publishing the Peanut Butter and Jam series of children’s books in 2018. In 2019 he also began publishing a series of early readers, for emergent readers, within the Peanut Butter and Jam series. In 2020 he started the Peanut Butter and Jam channel on YouTube, featuring new side stories with characters from the Peanut Butter and Jam series along with videos where emergent readers can follow along while Natrix reads aloud. Also within the same year, he started the Peanut Butter and Jam podcast which features short exclusive audio stories written and narrated by Natrix. Inspired by prior
education and experience as a teacher, Natrix has crafted a children’s book series that touches on multiple themes, including friendship, loss, healing, and new beginnings. He currently resides in Houston, TX with his family.
